Yup, kelihatannya genuine nih, ini keliatannya agen locum (dokter 
kontrak/temporary).  Orang Inggris jarang yang mau ambil posisi non-training 
post spt ini. Dan disisi lain banyak dokter India dan Pakistan yang biasanya 
mengisi posisi ini sudah pulang ke kampungnya, karena dipersulit-nya syarat 
ambil training post (spesialis). Jadi lowongan ini keliatannya memang genuine. 
Sebagai informasi aja, kerja di posisi non-training post ini mungkin agak 
buang2 waktu buat sebagian orang, karena karir path-nya kurang jelas, dan 
sampai kapanpun gak akan bisa jadi consultant (paling mentok Assosiate 
Specialist) - buat orang2 India dan Pakistan, mendingan jadi konsultan di 
kampungnya daripada jadi dokter non-training post di UK (pendapatan pun rasanya 
lebih gede jadi konsultan di kampung halaman)

Tapi kalau memang masih tertarik, silahkan buka www.gmc-uk.org untuk mulai 
daftar ujian PLAB1 dan PLAB2. Tidak terlalu sulit kok, cuma kendalanya dokter 
Indonesia kurikulum-nya agak2 mengacu ke Amerika, jadi butuh adjustment dikit, 
selain itu kendala bahasa di ujian PLAB2 (tidak mudah membahasakan istilah2 
kedokteran atau sympton ke istilah awam).  Kalau butuh pointer bahan-bahan apa 
yang bagus, silahkan japri. Insya Allah bisa bantu (dari hasil pengalaman 
hunting-in buku dan CD buat istri)

Sepertinya memang orang-orang ini genuine kok ternyata. Mereka tidak minta uang 
apa2.

Perhatikan syarat no 4 dari Mr Fountaine: General Medical Council Registration. 

Yang dia maksud adalah GMC di UK. Jadi sebelum dia bisa assess sponsorship, 
minimal sudah harus registered di GMC UK. Silahkan search "GMC UK", untuk 
persyaratan pendaftarannya.
