5300 yang ada pada dafter pemilih itu belum tentu orngnya ada di UK. 
Kemungkinan banyak yang sdh mudik kembali ke indo, taopi krn tdk memebritahu 
KBRI  London alamatnya masih t ercatet di sana. KBRI London juga tdk tahu apa 
org nya sdh pulang atau belum. Kategori ini contohnya adakh students yang sudy 
di UK. Waktu datang lapor ke KBRI, dana lamatnya dicatat begitu pulang tdk 
beritahu ke KBRI tentunya alamatnya masih tercatst di sana.  Ini dari apa ynag 
pernah saya dengar dari org KBRI di negeara eropah yang lain di mana saya 
pernah tinggal. Saya tidak tahu apakah kasus ini sama dgn yang ada di UK atau 
tidak.

Tapi seandainya jumlah 5300 ini akurat tentunya kita senang sekali 
semakin luaslah network kita.
